Our Club PuntoBlu Sogese organizes diving and freediving courses to show you the element of water from a new point of view
By filling out the appropriate form at our reception, you will be registered for free and will receive personal insurance coverage.
You will thus be able to access all our proposals including: fitness lessons and swimming tips aimed at stimulating workouts and exercises, to initiate the practice of disciplines in the water such as fin swimming, freediving, scuba diving, underwater hockey and many others.
Instructors will give fitness classes that will help keep fit and our pool trainers will be available to give useful swimming tips to improve the technique of swimmers of all levels and to design workouts with a variety of exercises.
We are sure that our sporting proposal will be more and more engaging. To complete the insurance coverage received with the membership, you will also need a medical certificate of good health which can be delivered later. This will allow the pool instructors and trainers to have information on the health status of the member and to be able to work with the right intensity in sports exercises and in the development of workloads to reach the set goal in the best way, in safety and health.
SOGESE is affiliated with F.I.N and is proposed as a reference for Master swimmers for participation in F.I.N.competitions.
