Sogese Community Card

From February 1st SOGESE Card… evolves!

Sogese Card is the affiliation system to our large sports community that includes numerous activities both competitive and promotional: from baby courses to national master athletes, from motor skills initiation in the gym to weightlifting competitions, from occasional swimmers to water fitness enthusiasts.

From February 1st, 2024, the Sogese Card system will be updated to a new version that includes new features and technological tools. All already issued Cards will be replaced free of charge at the front desk.

To allow the transition between the two systems, a three-day period (January 29th – 30th – 31st) will be necessary during which it will not be possible to use the Cards, and the possibility to access your profile and recharge online will be suspended.

On January 29th, 30th, and 31st, it will therefore not be possible to use the credit of the Sogese Card for activities. However, it will still be possible to take advantage of the discounted entry by paying the amount directly at the reception. To do this, simply show your Sogese Card to the cashier. All time-based subscriptions will be valid, which must also be shown at the reception upon entry.

During this period, the possibility to access your profile and recharge online will also be suspended.

The possibility to recharge online will be restored later because we are modifying the online system, which will take a little longer.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CARD

If you already own a rechargeable Sogese Card or a subscription, your personal data will be automatically transferred to the new management system along with your credit. You just need to go to the reception of the swimming pool or gym for the free replacement and delivery of the new Card.

Remember that the Sogese Card is strictly personal and, as required by regulations, it involves membership in the sports promotion organization to which we are affiliated (Uisp or Fipsas) and the submission of a valid non-competitive medical certificate.

SOME INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Starting from February 1st, the first time you visit the facility, we invite you to arrive a little earlier than your activity to make sure you can start on time. This is because the Card replacement process involves some mandatory steps (only for the first access) and it may take a few minutes.
  2. Bring your old Card (the one you are currently using) to deliver it at the facility.
  3. Only the Card holder can perform the replacement and consequently use the credit. We remind you that the SOGESE Card is strictly personal, therefore not transferable and not usable for multiple accesses. If you are currently using someone else’s Card, you can purchase a new one in your name for €8.
  4. The SOGESE Card is the affiliation tool to our Sports Society and, as required by regulations, it involves membership in the sports promotion organization to which we are affiliated and the submission of a valid non-competitive medical certificate.
  • If necessary, you can renew the membership for free;
  • Without a valid medical certificate, once the credit is exhausted, you will not be able to recharge the Card;
  1. If you already own a rechargeable Sogese Card or subscription, your data, your credit, and the expiration of your subscription will be automatically transferred to the new system. You just need to go to the reception of the swimming pool or gym for the free replacement of the Card and renew the membership if expired.
